Purchase Terms & Store Rules
These terms apply to purchases, payment proof, manual review, digital fulfillment, and customer conduct inside the Scrap store.
1. Order Review
- All orders can be reviewed manually before approval, fulfillment, or delivery.
- Submitting payment proof does not create an automatic right to delivery, approval, or instant processing.
- The store may request extra information if payment details, buyer identity, or order data are incomplete or suspicious.
2. Buyer Responsibility
- You must provide correct contact information, payment reference details, and account information.
- You are responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect email, phone number, Discord account, or payment reference.
- False claims, fake receipts, manipulated screenshots, or misleading information can lead to cancellation.
3. Payments
- Supported payment methods are determined by the store at checkout.
- Bank transfers and similar methods may require longer manual review.
- The store may refuse, delay, or cancel any order with risk signals, fraud concerns, or payment mismatch.
4. Delivery & Fulfillment
- Delivery time estimates are not hard guarantees, especially for manual fulfillment or custom handling.
- Some services require admin action, account review, or availability checks before completion.
- If a product depends on external platforms or third-party systems, delivery may be affected by those systems.
5. Refunds
- Digital products and services are generally non-refundable after confirmed delivery or completion.
- Refund exceptions are discretionary unless a refund is required by applicable law.
- Payment disputes and refund claims may require manual investigation and supporting evidence.
6. Abuse & Enforcement
- Chargebacks, fraud attempts, abuse, harassment, or policy evasion can lead to order cancellation and refusal of future service.
- The store may keep internal logs needed for fraud review, support handling, and order investigation.
7. Support
- Support can explain order status and store rules, but only human review can confirm disputed payments, special refunds, or exceptional cases.
- AI assistance may be used for guidance, but final operational decisions can remain manual.
8. Agreement
By placing an order, you confirm that you read and accepted these terms and the store rules shown during checkout.
